We are in discussions with California Bureau of Public Post secondary Education regarding our failure to file necessary forms in 2014 and 2015. We are fully committed to addressing satisfactorily the issues (namely, our failure to file appropriate forms in 2014 and 2015 as well as fees/penalties that are likely to be determined as due) and expect that this process will be completed within 3 to 5 months.

In fact, we are doing everything in our powers to navigate the bureaucracy and speed the process. In the meantime, we are suspending formal classes.

Currently the cost for Classes, Seminars, and Events are listed below. These are subject to change depending on the cost ofmaterials, shipping costs, market conditions (meeting rooms, etc.), and other charges that can change in the future.

Seminars: $75.00
Classes: $375.00
7-Hour USPAP Update Class: $275.00 (Event)
15 Hour USPAP Class: $375.00 (Event)
4Day Appraisal Theory, Methods & Report Writing Class $950.00 (Event)


These prices stated/advertised above require the College receives from the student, 10 days in advance, full payment for the Class, Seminar, or Event.

Discounts to the noticed pricing for Classes, Seminars, and Events, and the amount of those discounts are as follows:

1. If you are an Alumni (someone who has completed all course work, or, has paid in advance for all course work, and/or has received certification in any of our programs, receives a 10% discount from the stated price, IF, paid within 10 days in advance of the Class, Seminar or Event advertised.

2. The College offers a 10% discount from the stated/advertised price for all Classes, Seminars, or events to all PARTNERS AND/OR STAFF OF A SINGLE EMPLOYER, assuming that two or more attend an offered Class, Seminar, or Event, AND payment is received by the College 10 days in advance of the offered Class, Seminar, or Event stated/advertised.

3. The College offers a standard discount to all new students if paying for their Classes/Courses in THE ANTIQUE APPRAISAL CERTIFICATION CLASSES – IF PAID IN advance – of $750.00. Please see the pricing information on the Web page for additional details and/or contact the College.

The following examples are for illustration purposes only and are subject to change without notice.

EXAMPLE

SEMINAR OFFERED AT $75.00

If attended by an Alumni: $75.00 – 10% = -$7.50. COST TO ALUMNI is $67.50 “IF” paid by 10 days prior to the Seminar.Otherwise, IF SUPPLIES REQUIRED, $100.00 at the door depending on the cost of those supplies.

If attended by Alumni & BUSINESS PARTNERS OR ASSOCIATES OF ONE FIRM, REQUIRING TWO OR MORE TO BE PRESENT, the cost would be $75.00 x 2 = $150.00 Less 20% ($30.00) or $120.00 “IF” paid by 10 days prior to the Seminar. Otherwise, IF SUPPLIES REQURIED, $200.00 at the door depending on the cost of those supplies.

If neither Alumni or a Business Pair or Group: $75.00 if paid by 10 days prior to the Seminar. Otherwise, $100.00 at the door.

Of course, it should be understood that if someone arrives on the day of the Class, Seminar, or Event, they might run the risk of not having the required books and/or other materials required for the meeting.
